We offer FREE Local Delivery for orders placed in the Hampton Roads Area (Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Suffolk & Hampton).

We also offer FREE shipping across the United States for orders placed outside of the Hampton Roads Area, and require your Signature upon delivery for all orders.

Please note that multi-item orders to be delivered outside of the Hampton Roads Area will be dispatched in separate packages.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
• Processing time: The order processing time might take up to 3-5 business days. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post-office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you. Processing time should be added to the total delivery time.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our location to the destination.
• Delays: In very rare occasions, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping time stated above due to factors outside our control.
